It helps to include your phone model and, for purchase or data questions, the anonymous ID shown on the app’s About screen (Home → About).

I bought the full report but it’s locked

Open the app, go to Home → About and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Google or Apple account you bought it with.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. The full report is a one-time purchase, and you can ask for a refund within 15 days:

• Google Play, within 48 hours: request it yourself from Google Play’s order history.
• Google Play, within 15 days: email support@ndovia.com with the subject “Refund request” and your order number (it starts with “GPA.”, from your Google Play receipt). We’ll refund it through Google Play.
• App Store: refunds are handled by Apple. Use Apple’s Report a Problem page.

After a refund, the full report is locked again on your devices.

How do I turn off personalised ads?

Where available, use the privacy options on the app’s About screen, or your phone’s ad settings. Unlocking the full report removes ads completely.

How do I delete my data?

Your progress and results are stored only on your phone, and deleting the app removes them. To delete data linked to your anonymous ID (purchase records and feedback request counts), email us with that ID. See Delete your data for the steps, and the privacy policy for details.

Is this a real IQ test?

No. Ndovia IQ Brain Quiz is a brain-teaser game for entertainment. It is not a scientifically validated IQ test, and scores are not a measure of intelligence.
